Mr. Kirtser previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ROi (Resource Optimization and Innovation), a division of Mercy Health and one of the most advanced and integrated healthcare supply chain organizations in the country.

Mr. Kirtser has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. After joining ROi in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer, he was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2011. While at ROi, Mr. Kirtser was responsible for developing and launching a strategy to transition ROi from a supply chain department of Mercy into an innovative company servicing healthcare systems across the country. Previously, Mr. Kirtser held positions at SRI Surgical, Maxxim Medical, ChoicePoint Health Systems and Baxter/Allegiance. Mr. Kirtser holds a B.S. in finance from Miami University.
